Online CMEGP Application: राज्याच्या नवीन औद्योगिक धोरण-२०१९ अंतर्गत अनेक नाविन्यपूर्ण योजना व कार्यक्रम महाराष्ट्र शासनाने हाती घेतले आहेत. सुक्ष्म व लघु उपक्रमांना चालना देणेसाठी तसेच राज्यात व्यापक प्रमाणात रोजगाराच्या संधी स्थानिक ठिकाणी उपलब्ध होणेसाठी मुख्यमंत्री रोजगार निर्मिती कार्यक्रम योजना जाहिर केली आहे.

उद्देश :

राज्यातील युवक/युवतींच्या सर्जनशिलतेचा वाव मिळून राज्यात स्वयंरोजगारास पूरक वातावरण तयार करणे, त्याद्वारे राज्यात ग्रामीण तसेच शहरी क्षेत्रात सुक्ष्म, लघु उपक्रमांद्वारे व्यापक रोजगाराच्या संधी निर्माण होणेसाठी शासनाच्या आर्थिक सहाव्यातून प्रकल्प उभारणीस हातभार लावणे.

पात्रता अटी :

राज्यात स्थानिक अधिवास असलेल्या व किमान १८ ते ४५ वयोगटातील स्वयंरोजगार करू इच्छिणारे उमेदवार.

विशेष प्रवर्गासाठी (अनुसुचितजाती/जमाती/महिला/अपंग/माजी सैनिक) ५ वर्षाची अट शिथिल.
रू. १० लाखावरील प्रकल्पांसाठी किमान शैक्षणिक पात्रता ७ वी पास व रू. २५ लाखांवरील प्रकल्पांसाठी किमान १० वी पास.

अर्जदाराने यापूर्वी अनुदान समाविष्ट असलेल्या राज्य तसेच केंद्र शासनाच्या/महामंडळाच्या योजनेतून लाभ घेतलेला नसावा.

प्रकल्प मर्यादा किंमत :
• प्रक्रिया व निर्मिती प्रकल्पांसाठी कमाल रु. ५० लाख व सेवा/कृषी पूरक उद्योग प्रवर्गातील प्रकल्पांसाठी कमाल रु. १० लाख
योजना अंमलबजावणी यंत्रणा :
अ) शहरी भागासाठी: जिल्हा उद्योग केंद्र
ब) ग्रामीण भागांसाठी : जिल्हा खादी व ग्रामोद्योग कार्यालय एकत्रित समन्वय व सनियंत्रण, महाव्यवस्थापक, जिल्हा उद्योग केंद्र

आर्थिक अनुदान :

प्रवर्ग व स्थाननिहाय १५% ते ३५% पर्यंत अनुदान अनुज्ञेय आहे आणि स्वगुंतवणूक ५% ते १०% राहील.

योजनेअंतर्गत पात्र घटक
—उत्पादन उद्योग
—कृषीवर आधारीत उद्योग
—सेवा उद्योग
—ई. वाहतूक व्यवसाय
— कृषी पूरक व्यवसाय
—फिरते विक्री केंद्र इ.

प्रशिक्षण
– उत्पादन प्रवर्गातील उद्योगांसाठी २ आठवडे व सेवा, कृषीपूरक उद्योग व्यवसायासाठी १ आठवडा मुदतीचे प्रशिक्षण असेल.

सर्वसाधारण आवश्यक कागदपत्रे :

• जन्म दाखला/शाळा सोडल्याचे प्रमाणपत्र/वयाचा पुरावा
• शैक्षणिक पात्रते संबंधिचे कागदपत्रे/प्रमाणपत्रे.
• आधार कार्ड
• नियोजित उद्योग/व्यवसाय जाणेयायतचे दस्ताऐवज, भाडेकरार (सध्या कागदावरील प्राथमिक संमती), बैंक मंजूरीनंतर नोंदणीकृत भाडेकरार बैंकस सादर करावा लागेल.
• जातीचे प्रमाणपत्र (एस.सी./एस.टी. प्रवर्गासाठी)
• वाहतुकीसाठी परवानगी व वाहन चालविण्याचा परवाना,
• स्वसाक्षांकित विहित नमुन्यातील वचनपत्र (Undertaking)

Guidelines for Filling the Online CMEGP Application

Aadhaar Card No : 12 digit Aadhaar number of the applicant should be filled in.
Name of Applicant : (i) Select prefix of name from the list, (ii) The applicant should fill his/her name exactly as it appears in the Aadhar Card. In case of any mismatch in the name entered, the applicant will not be able to edit the form further.
Sponsoring Agency : Select Agency (DIC, KVIB) in which you want to submit the application form.
District : Select District from the list
Type of Applicant: This Form is pertaining to Individual Applicant.
Gender : Select Gender (i.e. Male, Female, Transgender)
Category : Select Social Category of the applicant from the list (i.e. General, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, OBC, VJNT, Minority)
Special Category : Select Special Category from the list (i.e. Ex-serviceman, Physically Challenged)
Date of Birth : (i) Date of Birth must be fill in the format of (mm-dd-yyyy) e.g. 12-15-1991. (ii) Age : Age should not less than 18 years and greater than 45 years (5 years of relaxation for SC/ST/Women/Special Category).
Qualification : Select qualification from the list (i.e. Under 8th, 8th Pass, 10th Pass, Diploma, 12th Pass, Graduate, Post Graduate, PHD)
Address for Communication: The Applicant should fill the complete postal address of the applicant including Taluka, District, Pin Code, Mobile No., Email and PAN No.
Unit Location : Select Unit Location (i.e. Rural OR Urban)
Proposed Unit Address : The Applicant should fill the complete Unit address of the unit including Taluka, District, Pin Code (Please click on the check box Same as Communication Address if the proposed unit address and communication address is same)
Type of Activity : Select from the activity list (i.e. Service or Manufacturing)
Industry/Activity Name : (i) Industry: Select Industry from the List of Industry (ii) Product Description: Type the specific product description.
EDP Training Completed : Select Yes Or No from the List.
Training Institute’s Name : If EDP Training is completed, Select Training Institute Name (MCED or Others).
Loan Required : (i) Capital Expenditure (CE): Enter CE loan as proposed in the Detailed Project Report in rupees. (ii) Working Capital (WC): Enter WC loan as proposed in the Detailed Project Report in rupees.
Preferred Bank : (i) Select the Preferred Bank (ii) Select the branch of the Bank selected, The Bank IFSC code and other details will be displayed on the application form.
Alternate Bank : (i) Select the alternative Bank (ii) Select the branch of the Bank selected, The Bank IFSC code will be displayed on the application form
After entering all necessary information in the appropriate field Click On “Save” button to Save the Details..

Upload Photo: Please upload photo it is a mandatory document maximum file allowed Size 300 KB

Caste Certificate : Please upload caste certificate if applying under category maximum file allowed Size 300 KB
PAN Card : Please upload Pan card , maximum file allowed Size 300 KB.
Mark Sheet/ Educational Certificate : Please upload marksheet it is a mandatory document maximum file allowed Size 300 KB
Birth Certificate/ Domicile Certificate : Please upload birth certificate it is a mandatory document maximum file allowed Size 300 KB.
Special Category Certificate : Please upload the relevant certificate if applying under special category maximum file allowed Size 300 KB.
Undertaking Form:Please upload undertaking form it is a mandatory document maximum file allowed Size 1 MB
Project Report : Please upload project report it is a mandatory document maximum file allowed Size 1 MB.
Population Certificate : Please upload the population certificate if unit location is rural maximum file allowed Size 300 KB.
Marriage Affidavit/Certificate : Please upload the Marriage proof if name of the applicant has been changed after marriage maximum file allowed Size 300 KB.
Other Document : Please upload the supportive document , Technical, Experienced, License related to the project document – maximum file allowed Size 300 KB.
