कृषिपंपाच्या वीजजोडणीसाठी शेतकऱ्यांनी अनेक वर्षे वाट पाहण्यापासून ते मागणीनुसार तत्काळ कृषिपंप अशी राज्याची वाटचाल ‘मागेल त्याला सौर कृषिपंप योजने ‘मुळे झाली आहे. आगामी काळात सौर कृषिपंपाच्या यंत्रणेतून निर्माण झालेली अतिरिक्त वीज विकून शेतकऱ्याला उत्पन्न मिळण्यासाठी योजना लागू करण्यात येईल, असे प्रतिपादन उपमुख्यमंत्री तथा ऊर्जामंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांनी केले. मागेल त्याला सौर कृषिपंप योजनेत लाभार्थी शेतकऱ्यांच्या नोंदणीसाठी महावितरणने तयार केलेल्या संकेतस्थळाचे उद्घाटन उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या हस्ते मुंबईत करण्यात आले, त्यावेळी ते बोलत होते.

Beneficiary Selection Criteria For Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana

• Solar agricultural pumps of up to 3 HP capacity will be eligible to the farmer holding agricultural land up to 2.5 acres, 5 HP capacity to the farmer holding agricultural land from 2.51 to 5 acres and solar agricultural pump of 7.5 HP capacity to the farmer holding agricultural land above 5 acres. Also, if farmers demand solar agricultural pumps of less than the eligible capacity, it will be permissible.
• Owners of individual or community farm pond, wells, borewells and farmers holding agricultural land adjacent to perennial rivers/streams will also be eligible for this scheme.
• MSEDCL will ensure that farmers who have assured water sources in borewell, well, river etc. However, these pumps can’t be use to draw water from water reservoirs of water conservation works.
• Beneficiary farmers who have not availed benfits of Atal Saur Krushi Pump Yojana-1, Atal Saur Krushi Pump Yojana -2 and Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Pump Yojana will also be eligible for benefits under this campaign.
