BMC Documents Legal Charges
BMC Documents Legal Charges: As per above referred Circulars, Legal Charges for preparation, verification etc. of the Legal documents have now been revised by 10% increase on prevailing amount which was came into effect from 1/4/2024.
As per the CA circular no. CA/FRT/17 dt. 07.12.2022 18% GST will be charged on All type of legal and stationery charges. Revised rates for legal charges with effect from 1.4.2024 will be as shown below:-
